                A Tribute To Natasha
Ivan – Hello everyone, I'm Ivan, and this Clifford, my brother, and we are close friends of the family, and Tasha's best friends.

Clifford – We give our condolences to the Budgell and Hibbs Families for this tragic, and very upsetting lost.

Ivan – Clifford and I were asked by Christanne and the Budgell family to talk about Tasha and the way she was, and the kind person she was.

Clifford – When we were asked to do this, it was hard to take in, but we were and still are very privileged to do this. We decided to use the letters of Natasha's name to describe the way she was. Ivan will start.

Ivan – N – Nosy – She always wanted to know everything. I remember when she was preparing to go to Toronto, and she kept on calling and calling, asking question after question about the trip.

Clifford – A – Always Loud – Man oh man wasn't she ever loud, but then again, she's a Budgell, and every time you get a collection of Budgell's   together, like at my house where Tasha use to hang out a lot, well, lets say, you'd have no ears left.

Ivan – T – Talkative – She always had something to say, even if you didn't want to hear it. Most of the time she   use to say the most weirdest things, and when I use to tell her about it, we would get into an argument. Now remember what Clifford said about getting a collection of Budgell's together that you'll have no ears left, well, when Tasha and I use to argue, the windows should have broke. But after arguing with her we would always laugh about it.

Clifford – A – Adventurous – Now I don't mean that she goes rock climbing or anything, just that, she'll always try something once, and if she liked it, she'll continue doing it, and if she didn't, well, you get the picture. I remember, I argued with her that she should go to college after she graduated high school, told her I had confidence in her. Well, she tried, didn't like it, and left. It just wasn't for her, Toronto was her thing.

Ivan - S – Stubborn – I found that Tasha was very very stubborn, she was like me! When she was   so stubborn, I use to slap her on the arm, and what a mistake that was, because when I did, she would hall-off and give me one, then we would always laugh.

Clifford – H – Hungry – My oh my, didn't she eat, you would say she was hungry twenty-four-seven. I remember, she use to call me from her Uncle Abe's during the summer, just to ask me what I was doing tonight, or just to ask the question, “Are you having your specialty.” It was a contraption that I made up using pasta and stuff. Well, she loved it so much, I would decide to have it just for her. Then she would come over, and Tasha and I would devourer the whole pot.

Ivan – A – Always There – She was always there when you needed her, or just wanted a friend. I remember, every time I would break up with one of my girlfriends, she was always there. I guess she thought I needed a good friend with me, and she was smart, because she was right. I couldn't of had a more dependable friend then her.

Clifford – That is true, she was always dependable, and always there, and that's what I'm going to miss the most, her there with me when I cook, make me laugh, or even just to play cards.

Ivan –   She was Natasha,   a Nosy, Always loud, Talkative, Adventurous, Stubborn, Hungry, and an Always There when you need a friend kind of person, but that's who she was and that's why we love her.

Clifford – And if you didn't like the way Tasha was, well, she didn't care, she would still hang out with you, talk to you, be with you, and just be a friend.

Ivan – She was known by everyone because of the way she was. She made sure by the time you left, that you knew who she was, and her personality.

Clifford – But now, we have to do something so hard, we have to depart from her for the final time. No more coming home for the summer and playing cards with my best friend, or just having a good time.

Ivan – It's time to say goodbye to a daughter, a sister, a grand-daughter, a niece, a cousin and a good friend.

Clifford – We love you and will miss you forever.

Ivan and Clifford – We love you Tasha,   Goodbye.
